Welcome to our second product update for January 2025.

This week, our development team released mailbox storage quota reporting. This highly requested reporting capability provides the tool MSPs need to proactively manage mailbox usage for their clients, avoiding unnecessary downtime for end users and reducing support calls.

• Customisable alert rules allow limits to be set for the percentage remaining in the quota and the remaining GB in the quota.
• Highlight tenants that have mailboxes nearing quota.
• Highlights individual mailboxes nearing quota.
• Global and tenant level views of mailbox usage.

We have introduced a Default Configuration option to enable anonymous reporting. For clients who prefer their reporting to remain anonymous, the new mailbox reporting feature will still indicate that there are mailboxes are exceeding alert limits, without associating the data with any specific mailbox.
