Bearded 365 Guy - Cybercert 10x Free Silver Certificates

These Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms“) govern the “Free SMB1001 Silver Certification” promotion (the “Promotion“) offered by 365sentri (“we“, “us“, “our“) in partnership with CyberCert. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms, which are in addition to 365sentri’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. The Offer
1.1 The first ten (10) eligible Managed Service Providers (“MSPs“) to sign up for and activate a Not-For-Resale (“NFR“) licence of 365sentri during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) SMB1001 Silver Certification credit (valued at USD $195) at no cost, redeemable through CyberCert.
Only one (1) Silver credit is available per MSP organisation, regardless of the number of accounts or users registered.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from the launch date of this campaign and continues until the first ten (10) eligible MSPs have signed up and activated an NFR licence, whichever occurs first. 365sentri may close, extend, or end the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
a. Be a Managed Service Provider operating as a registered business entity.
b. Sign up for a 365sentri trial via https://365sentri.com/inherit/ or another official registration link.
c. Successfully activate an NFR licence of 365sentri by connecting at least one Microsoft 365 tenant and completing initial setup.
d. Not be a current or former 365sentri paying customer (existing customers, employees, contractors, resellers, and affiliates of 365sentri or CyberCert are excluded).
e. Provide accurate registration details, including a valid business email address and company name.
Sign-up alone does not qualify you for the offer – the NFR licence must be activated. Eligibility order is determined by the timestamp of successful licence activation, as recorded by 365sentri.
4. How to Claim Your SMB1001 Silver Credit
Once your NFR licence is activated and your place among the first ten (10) qualifying MSPs is confirmed, 365sentri will contact you at the email address provided at sign-up with instructions on how to redeem your SMB1001 Silver Certification credit through CyberCert.
The credit must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of being issued. Unredeemed credits expire and have no cash value.
5. Certification Issued by CyberCert
The SMB1001 Silver Certification is issued by CyberCert and is subject to CyberCert’s own terms, eligibility requirements, and assessment processes. 365sentri does not control the certification process and makes no guarantee that any participant will pass or maintain certification. Failure to obtain or maintain certification with CyberCert does not entitle the participant to any refund or alternative compensation.
6. No Cash Value
The Silver credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or substituted for any other product, service, or credit.
7. NFR Licence Terms
The 365sentri NFR licence provided as part of this Promotion is governed by 365sentri’s standard terms of service and may be subject to fair use, tenant limits, and other conditions. The NFR licence is for internal MSP use only and may not be resold or transferred to end customers.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365sentri’s total liability arising from or related to this Promotion is limited to the cash value of the SMB1001 Silver credit (USD $195). 365sentri and CyberCert are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the certification.
9. Changes to These Terms
365sentri may amend these Promotion Terms at any time. The current version will be published at the campaign URL. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
