Microsoft is currently rolling out the New Outlook for Windows client. In response to urgent partner requests, we have added new Default Configurations to 365Sentri to help you manage this transition.
While many users appreciate the New Outlook for Windows, some of your customers may not be ready to switch. For those users, the migration may be unexpected and could lead to a significant increase in support calls for Managed Service Providers.
Our development team has created two new Default Collection items that will disable the automatic transition to the New Outlook.
On a related note, our development team have been busy, as usual, adding more features and capabilities to 365Sentri, and a full update notice will be released in coming days.
