Complete Overview #
The 365Sentri dashboards provide a quick and simple overview of the 365Sentri environment.
They include visual summaries of the health of all Microsoft 365 tenants under management by 365Sentri. They also identify the configurations and tenants most in need of attention, along with other useful information.
Across the top is a summary of the total number of tenants from the Microsoft Partner Center, how many of those are managed by 365Sentri, the total number of configurations and the number of those that are managed. There are also links to the three most recent release notes, so users are always up to date on 365Sentri’s latest features.
Overall Configuration Health #
On the right is a summary of the health of all configuration items. They are listed as:
- Healthy – Items that match the state configured in 365Sentri
- Remediated – Items that do not match the configured state and have been corrected within the tenant.
- Unhealthy – Items that do not match the configured state and have not been corrected as the action was set to “Report”
- Error – There was an error when the system connected to the tenant.
- Unlicensed – The tenant isn’t licensed within Microsoft 365 for the configuration item.
Configuration Health by Service #
The health chart provides a visual summary of the health of all Microsoft 365 tenants, and is segmented by configuration type and shows the percentage of items that were already healthy and those that have been automatically remediated by 365Sentri and are now healthy. It will also list those that are unhealthy, have an error, or are not licensed for the given feature.
Top 3 Issues #
The top three issues section has a tab that shows the three least healthy configurations across all tenants, enabling quick identification of issues affecting multiple tenants. The tenants tab shows the three least healthy tenants, allowing easy identification of the tenants that need the most attention.
The health states listed are:
- Healthy – Items that match the state configured in 365Sentri
- Remediated – Items that do not match the configured state and have been corrected within the tenant.
- Unhealthy – Items that do not match the configured state and have not been corrected as the action was set to “Report”
- Error – There was an error when the system connected to the tenant.
- Unlicensed – The tenant isn’t licensed within Microsoft 365 for the configuration item.
Tenant Dashboard #
While the centralised dashboard provides an overview of all Microsoft 365 tenants, each tenant also has its own dashboard. As with the primary dashboard, the tenant view has a chart showing the overall health of the tenant and, on the right, the three least healthy configurations.
